The ad is not the problem. What happens after the click is.
Most Lagos businesses running Facebook or Instagram ads to WhatsApp are losing money not because their ads are bad, but because nobody has engineered what happens in the chat after someone clicks. Someone clicks your ad, sends a message, and then one of these things happens:
You reply hours later and the person has already moved on or bought from someone else.
You reply fast but you don't know exactly what to say to move them from interested to paying, so the conversation stalls.
They say "let me think about it" or "is it original?" or "can you do lower?" and the conversation just dies because there's no system handling those moments.
They go quiet after two days and you forget to follow up, or you follow up once and give up when they don't reply.
You're spending money bringing people in through your ads, but the chat itself is where you're losing them.
This is not a problem you solve by running better ads or spending more money. It's a problem you solve by engineering what happens inside the conversation — and that is exactly what we do.
What the WhatsApp to Cash system actually is
A WhatsApp to Cash system is not a chatbot that just says "hello, how can I help you?" That already exists and it's not what we're building. What we're building is a full engineered sales conversation designed specifically around your product, your audience, and the real objections your customers raise before they buy.
Here is what it does, specifically
The moment someone messages you from your ad, they get a response that is designed to qualify them and move the conversation forward — not just acknowledge that you received their message.
If they don't buy in the first conversation, there's a sequence of follow-up messages that go out over the next few days. Each one is written to re-engage them in a way that feels natural, not desperate. Different messages for different stages — someone who asked about price needs a different message than someone who said "I'll get back to you."
Every common objection your customers raise — about price, about authenticity, about delivery, about whether they can trust you — has a specific response already written into the system. The conversation handles it without you being there.
At the right moment in the conversation, the system brings in a testimonial, or a bundle offer, or a limited-time angle — whichever makes sense for where that person is in the decision. And when someone has gone quiet for three or four days, there's a message designed specifically to bring them back, not a generic "are you still interested?"
When it becomes clear that a particular person needs a human to close them, the system flags it and we give you or your team a script for exactly what to say in that conversation.
The goal is that by the time a sale either happens or doesn't happen, everything that could have been done inside that chat to move that person toward buying was done. Nothing was left on the table because someone forgot to follow up or didn't know what to say.
What the 21 days looks like
Who we're looking for
We are only taking 5 businesses for this pilot and we're keeping it Lagos-only because we want to be able to sit with you in person at the end, go through the results together, and record what happened so we have something real to show. So before we agree to work together, a few things need to be true.
Your business is in Lagos and you're able to meet up in person at the end of the 21 days so we can review the results together on camera.
You're already running Facebook or Instagram ads that send people directly to WhatsApp. If you haven't started running ads yet, this is not the right first step.
Your ads are getting clicks and people are already messaging you — even if those conversations are not turning into sales. Just send us a quick screenshot of your ads backend so we can see the click activity before we start. That's the only thing we'll ask you to do upfront.
You're selling a product — something physical or digital that someone can decide to buy through a WhatsApp conversation without needing to meet you first. For this pilot, we're focusing on product businesses specifically.
At the end of the 21 days, you're willing to give us an honest review of the experience and let us show what the results looked like — with your business name, but with any private figures or conversation details blurred out the way you want them.
That's it. You don't need to do anything technical. You don't need to pay anything. We're not going to send you a long form to fill out. Just join the group and we'll reach out to have a quick conversation to see if it's a good fit.
What happens at the end
We meet in person — or on a call if that's easier — and we look at the numbers together. How many people came in through your ads during the 21 days, how many the system engaged, how many converted, and what the gap looked like before versus after. We want that conversation on record because it's the proof that this works.
After that, what happens next is completely your decision. If the results made sense for you and you want to keep the system running, we'll talk about that then. If you feel it's not the right time or the results didn't meet your expectations, we shake hands and you walk away with the full documentation of everything we built — so you understand it even if we're not the ones running it.
The only thing we're asking for in return is your honest account of the experience and permission to use the results as a case study. That's the agreement.
